Satisfy A Court Order

If you've been ordered to take a driver improvement program by the courts you're in the right place!

DMV Assignment

If the DMV has sent you a letter or contacted you and assigned you Driver Improvement to prevent your license from being suspended or in order to re-instate it, you'll need to complete a Driver Improvement program before the deadline they set for you.

Earn 5 safe driving points.

Drivers are eligible to take this course once every 2 years in order to improve their driving record by earning 5 safe driving points. If you'd like to improve your record, a driver improvement course will do the trick!

Dismiss a traffic ticket or violation.

Some courts and judges will allow you to take the driver improvement program in exchange for dismissing your ticket/violation. If a court/judge instructed you to take driver improvement, be sure to complete the course before the deadline they give you!

Reduce a traffic violation fine.

Courts sometimes allow for this program to be taken in exchange for a diminished fine. If you're in this situation and want to save some money, we can help!

Driver Improvement courses can be court-ordered, taken for points reduction, driver’s license reinstatement, insurance premium reduction, or personal education.

When you are convicted of a traffic violation, the court notifies the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Once they are notified you can expect:

  • Having the conviction on your driving record.
  • You are assigned demerit points that affect your record.
  • Your insurance company is notified which will raise your coverage rates.
